About these terms
KOGI LAB (kogilab.com) is provided by Evaldas Korkiska, K. Semenaviciaus g. 2-17, LT-10251 Vilnius, Lithuania, Individual activity (individuali veikla), registration code 908299 ("we"). By using the site or the editor you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@kogilab.com.
The service
KOGI LAB is a browser tool that applies color patterns to 3D models and exports multicolor 3MF files for 3D printing. You can try the editor without an account. Downloading a 3MF requires an account.
Your account
- Sign in with Google or a one-time email link. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
- One person per account. Creating multiple accounts to get extra free exports is not allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time in the editor (Account, Settings).
Free exports, plans and export packs
- A free account includes 2 free 3MF exports.
- Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Pro renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account (Billing, Manage subscription); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Export packs are a one-time payment for 10 exports, valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused exports expire.
- Access starts right after payment. At checkout you agree to this, and you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. If something does not work as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Your models and your rights
- Your models stay yours. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. We claim no ownership of your models or your exported files.
- Only use models you have the right to use. KOGI LAB cannot give you any rights to a model made by someone else.
- Commercial use is included on every plan, including Free: you may print, share and sell your creations as described in the Commercial License. You must have the rights to the original model.
Fair use
Do not try to get around export limits, change the export code in files, copy or resell the editor itself, overload the service, or use it for anything illegal. Exported files contain an export code that links them to the account that made them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep KOGI LAB running and the exported files correct, but the service is provided as is. Check every file in your slicer before printing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, failed prints or lost material, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Ending the service
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever close KOGI LAB, we will give account holders reasonable notice.
Changes and law
If we change these terms we will update the date above and tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania; as a consumer you also keep the protection of the law of your country.
