Your models. Your creations. Your rules.

KOGI LAB is a creative tool that gives you the freedom to create, customize, print, share, and sell your work.

All plans, including Free, come with commercial usage rights. No royalties, no sales limits, and no attribution required.

1. Your ownership

You retain full ownership and rights to your original 3D models.
KOGI LAB does not claim ownership of your uploaded models, exported files, or physical prints.
Using KOGI LAB does not transfer your intellectual property rights to us.
KOGI LAB does not impose additional commercial restrictions on models you own.

2. Commercial use

On every plan, including Free, you are free to:

Print your models for personal or commercial use.
Sell unlimited physical prints.
Sell, share, or distribute your exported 3MF files.
Use your exports in commercial projects and products.
Modify, remix, or further develop your exported models.
Sell your creations on Etsy, Shopify, Patreon, MakerWorld, or any other marketplace.

No royalties. No sales limits. No attribution required.

You do not need permission from KOGI LAB to sell your creations.

These permissions apply to your own models and to third-party content you are authorized to use. Models from the KOGI LAB Creator Library are subject to a separate license.

3. Free and Pro plans

Commercial usage rights are identical across Free and Pro plans.

The difference between plans is access to features, tools, and export limits, not commercial licensing rights.

Any files you have already exported may continue to be used, shared, or sold after your subscription ends or your account is closed, provided you have the necessary rights to their contents.

4. Third-party models

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any 3D models or other content you upload.

If a model was created by someone else, you must follow the original creator's license.

KOGI LAB cannot grant you ownership or commercial rights to third-party content.

Coloring, modifying, or exporting a model through KOGI LAB does not override its original license.

5. KOGI LAB patterns

You may use KOGI LAB's built-in patterns, colors, and customization tools in your creations for personal and commercial purposes.

You are free to print, sell, share, or distribute exported models incorporating these patterns.

KOGI LAB retains ownership of its original pattern assets, software, and platform technology.

Using KOGI LAB does not transfer ownership of these underlying assets or grant permission to extract, redistribute, or resell them separately from your exported creations.

6. Creator Library (Coming Soon)

The KOGI LAB Creator Library will be available exclusively to subscribers of the Creator plan.

Creator members will receive access to a growing collection of original KOGI 3D models, along with a commercial license to sell physical prints made from them.

Creator Library commercial rights:

Print Creator Library models for personal use.
Customize and color the models using KOGI LAB or other compatible tools.
Sell unlimited physical prints while your Creator subscription is active.
Sell physical prints through online marketplaces, personal websites, or physical stores.
Keep 100% of your sales revenue without paying royalties to KOGI LAB.
No attribution to KOGI LAB is required.

Creator Library restrictions:

Selling, sharing, or redistributing the original or modified digital model files is not permitted.
Uploading Creator Library models to public download platforms is not permitted.
Commercial printing rights apply only while your Creator subscription is active.
When your Creator subscription ends, you must stop producing and selling physical prints of Creator Library models for commercial purposes unless you obtain a separate license.

The Creator Library license applies only to models provided through the library. It does not restrict your own uploaded models or other content you independently have the right to use.

Full Creator Library licensing terms will be published before the Creator plan launches.

7. After your subscription ends

For models you upload and customize yourself, KOGI LAB does not revoke your commercial usage rights when your subscription ends.

You may continue to use, modify, print, share, and sell previously exported files, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.

Creator Library models are an exception and remain subject to their separate subscription-based commercial license.
